If you can relate to this and would like to be gently eased into a relaxed state, I offer group guided sessions of meditation – learning to meditate within a friendly group can be fun, supportive and a wonderful opportunity to share experiences with like-minded others.

I have been having a combination of reflexology and reiki treatments with Nadia for the past few weeks and have found them both enjoyable and physically and emotionally therapeutic. My son and I have had regular Reflexology sessions with Nadia for over a year now. Having no previous experience we didn't know what to expect. Nadia is the consummate professional throughout all aspects of her work. In these extraordinary times clients can be assured that she works safely for all parties during COVID. Nadia is an empathetic and supportive practitioner. I recently underwent hip surgery. Prior to the surgery I was in constant pain.
