Cancellation Policy
Less than 24-hours’ notice to reschedule will incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
If I have driven to your property or workplace to discover you are not in or available, this will be considered as a ‘NO SHOW’ and you will be charged 100% of treatment cost. Please appreciate the time and travel expense wasted in this event. Future bookings may also require payment in advance.
I happily send reminder text messages in advance, but please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid cancellation charges. You are welcome to contact me if you have forgotten and need to check.
Whilst I do my best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, and try to be understanding, please be considerate to others – someone else may need an appointment.
